About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team at Morgan Hunter Companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3+ years of prior territory management or outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
