Branch Sales Manager

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a sales-oriented individual to lead our Lenexa, KS location as a Branch Sales Manager. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability at the branch level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations and achieve established sales and profitability goals.
  • Execute effective business development activities, including prospecting, maintaining, and establishing new customers.
  • Implement and maintain the highest level of customer service in the industry.
  • Work directly with local sales teams to develop strategies for increased traffic in the store.
  • Recruit, hire, train, enrich, and discipline direct reports within the framework of company policy.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all company assets are protected from theft or damage.
Requirements:
  • BA Degree preferred or Associates Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience managing and sales in B2B environment in distribution or wholesale sales.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to provide feedback, develop others, and lead change.
