Position Summary:
This sales expert excels in identifying new business opportunities while enhancing existing commercial client relationships (B2B).

Business Security Solutions Consultants will focus on expanding customer segments within commercial intrusion, fire safety, access control, and surveillance systems.


Key Responsibilities:


This professional is adept at fostering new business opportunities and fortifying relationships with current commercial accounts.

Accountable for meeting all established monthly sales targets.

Effectively manage territory resources to optimize daily productivity and customer engagement.

Generate new leads through referrals, company-generated leads, networking, and proactive outreach.

Further nurture existing partnerships with key local accounts and the current customer base.

Proficient in system design, project scope, operational theory, and solution integration.

Collaborate with product and manufacturing representatives as well as operational teams.

Expertise in customer relations, conflict resolution, negotiation, and service excellence.

Skilled in system design applications, bidding tools, customer management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications:

Knowledge:
Proficient in utilizing computer applications and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), as well as internet resources.

Ability to interpret various instructions presented in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule formats.

Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

A minimum of five years of experience in consultative B2B sales.

Experience in the security industry is essential.


Must possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence (in good standing), along with proper vehicle registration and proof of personal automobile insurance.

Failure to maintain this insurance may lead to corrective actions, including potential termination.

Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads.

Capacity to maintain a professional demeanor even in challenging situations.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure

Some positions may qualify for annual bonuses and could include equity opportunities. These awards are determined based on both company and individual performance.
