Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Floor Associate to join our team at Living Spaces. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing recommendations to customers.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
