About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at KYOCERA Document Solutions Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client business challenges and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop creative solutions.
