Job Details:

Overview:

This position involves providing essential support and service to members and various departments within Digital FCU.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with alternating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members with inquiries and provide comprehensive service.
  • Manage and process disputes related to fraud cases as assigned.
  • Perform tasks including plastics processing, personal GL reconciliation, and dispute management in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Review individual cases within Visa DPS for representments in line with applicable regulations.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Identify potential risks and suggest appropriate measures.
  • Complete additional job-related tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess six months to one year of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution, along with prior customer service experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with fraud disputes is advantageous.

Work Environment:

This role is based in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.

Physical Requirements:

The position is primarily sedentary, requiring the ability to stand, talk, hear, and use hands for various tasks.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel between different locations may be necessary.
