Description

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM, with alternating Saturday hours.

Essential Functions:

Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Deliver support, service, and research for members and various departments within Digital FCU.

Handle disputes as assigned, particularly in relation to fraud cases.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing plastic cards
  • Personal general ledger reconciliation
  • Dispute processing in compliance with regulatory standards

Review individual cases within Visa DPS for representments in accordance with applicable regulations.

Answer incoming calls in a professional manner.

Perform additional job-related duties as assigned by management.

Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Six months to one year of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.

Prior customer service experience is essential.

Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Experience in handling fraud disputes or similar roles is advantageous.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

Supervisory Responsibility: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: This role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is primarily a sedentary role. While performing job duties, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and to reach with hands and arms.

Travel: Card Services team members may occasionally need to travel between locations.

Service Excellence: All employees are expected to provide exceptional service through teamwork and quality interactions with both internal and external members, aligning with the guiding principles of Digital FCU's culture.

Bank Secrecy Act (BSA): All employees are required to complete annual BSA training and maintain knowledge of current BSA policies, specifically those related to their functions, and to identify and report any suspicious activity.
