Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy sales professional to join our team in the Marlborough, MA area. As an Area Representative, you will be empowered to work autonomously, solve real problems, and be a true superstar in your community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and sell broad range pest control and management services to support clients' home/business objectives.
  • Work independently in the field, managing route-based assignments and collaborating with industry experts to achieve sales goals.
  • Utilize negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and meet quota targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pest control experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
  • Ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments.

Salary Range

$60,000 - $100,000 per year (can exceed).
