Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Connect America. As a key member of our Program Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Program Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Program Partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
