Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Tomarco Contractor Specialties, Inc. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our Director of Operations and Executive Assistant to the President.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant to the President, including preparing correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Operate office equipment, including personal computers, calculators, copiers, and postal machines.
  • Compose, type, and edit correspondence, reports, and other materials.
  • Sort and file documents alphabetically and numerically.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or college degree.
  • Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Construction background a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
