Hospitality Account Coordinator

Fleetcor is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Account Coordinator to join our CLC division. This role is integral to our Lodging business unit and focuses on fostering strong relationships with CLC-affiliated hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Hospitality Account Coordinator, your primary duties will include:
- Building and maintaining partnerships with hotels within our network.
- Conducting onboarding sessions for newly onboarded vendors.
- Reviewing and confirming the terms of contracts with hotel management.
- Creating access credentials for vendor portals.
- Promoting optional programs offered by Fleetcor when appropriate.
- Providing assistance with the Web CheckINN Portal.
- Facilitating training sessions for vendors as required.
- Managing payment solutions for each vendor.
- Addressing customer disputes and resolving issues effectively.
- De-escalating customer calls when necessary.
- Handling customer service inquiries and complaints with timely solutions.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues.
- Identifying customer needs to recommend suitable products or services.
- Addressing compliance matters and resolving them appropriately.
- Assisting vendors with billing reconciliation.
- Managing inbound phone inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Making outbound calls to designated regions.
- Assisting in hotel reservations for CLC customers.
- Communicating necessary procedures to vendors via phone or email.
- Covering front office reception duties as needed.
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for job-related tasks.
- Conducting vendor evaluations.
- Performing additional duties or special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hotel front office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- The capability to multitask effectively.
- A commitment to confidentiality.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivation and a focus on results.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
