About the Role: We are looking for a meticulous Aviation Operations Coordinator to support our Aviation Maintenance Analysts and facilitate daily operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to launch a career in aviation maintenance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the enrollment and onboarding process for customer aircraft
  • Manage customer account and user data
  • Update maintenance requirements and task details
  • Verify aircraft certification and in-service dates
  • Support the process for new delivery aircraft
  • Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy

Qualifications:

  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or operations within the aviation sector (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to oversee end-to-end operational workflows
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Motivated to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
