Senior Technical Program Manager

The Senior Technical Program Manager spearheads critical programs and initiatives aimed at delivering cutting-edge software and process enhancements to our global production facilities.
This position holds significant visibility within the organization, and the ideal candidate will be expected to engage across various departments to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a dynamic team of software and project management professionals as the principal technical PM coordinating all program efforts.
Oversee and monitor programs across the organization, encompassing software development, deliverables, and process improvements.
Facilitate weekly core team meetings with cross-functional groups to communicate updates, track progress, and ensure alignment with upcoming milestones.
Identify and articulate program risks to stakeholders, devise risk mitigation strategies, and enable suitable hardware and software engineering solutions.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and disseminate project information to relevant stakeholders.
Publish key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess program effectiveness.
Communicate risks and associated mitigation strategies clearly.
Participate in regular production status meetings to report on program status and document assigned actions.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or Supply Chain Management, with over 8 years of experience in a software development, engineering, or production setting.
At least 5 years of experience as a Program/Project Manager (PMP certification is advantageous).
Proven software development experience is highly desirable.
Hands-on proficiency with Jira is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability in cross-functional team leadership, exceptional interpersonal skills, and an adaptable communication style.
Strong project management capabilities in scheduling and milestone tracking, with PMP certification preferred.
Effective communication skills to drive program success and provide clear updates.
