Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and improve fan engagement for NBA Team Sites
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful launch of new features and initiatives
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps based on stakeholder needs, product health, strategic goals, and marketplace opportunities
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, requirements, user stories, and high-level technical and user experience flows
  • Measure and analyze product performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Communicate product strategies and progress to senior management and other stakeholders
  • Partner with NBA Teams to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of innovating and managing digital products
  • Strong understanding of the sports and media industry, with a focus on digital products and experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze product performance
  • Experience working with analytics and measurement software tools
