Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Cost Accounting Manager for a permanent hybrid position in the engineering domain. Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Cost Accounting Manager, your primary duties will include:

1. Managing all cost accounting activities, including the preparation and analysis of cost reports and identification of variances.

3. Establishing and maintaining cost accounting systems to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
4. Assisting in the formulation and execution of cost-reduction strategies.
5. Working alongside the finance team to develop budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the Senior Cost Accounting Manager position, candidates should possess:

1. At least 5 years of experience in cost accounting, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sectors.
2. Strong experience with ERP systems is essential, with Oracle experience being highly advantageous.
3. Familiarity with IBM COGNOS TM1 is preferred.
4. A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline; a master's degree or CPA certification is a plus.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
6. Strong leadership qualities, with the capacity to manage and inspire a team.
