Position Summary:


The Customer Service Quality Specialist at Cook Group is tasked with managing interactions with clients concerning product or service grievances.

Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients regarding product and service grievances
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Document product and service grievances in writing
  • Conduct data entry for electronic records related to the grievance process
  • Offer administrative support as necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School education or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
  • Experience in dynamic and fast-paced work environments
  • Demonstrated effective customer service skills are necessary
  • Familiarity with medical devices is advantageous

Physical Demands:

  • Operates in a typical office environment
  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting and close visual focus for computer-related tasks
  • Manual dexterity and coordination are necessary for using standard office equipment such as keyboards, mice, and calculators
