How Our Customer Service Specialists Make a Difference:
Our specialists collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and managing repairs effectively.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Representing Walser as the primary point of contact for customers
- Implementing follow-up strategies with clients
- Understanding fundamental automotive repairs and effectively communicating with customers
- Performing additional tasks and projects as assigned
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Outstanding customer service abilities
Previous experience in the automotive field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
