Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team at Baptist Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical services to patients, including psychosocial evaluations, individual, family, and group therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create patient treatment plans with patient/family involvement and review treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
  • Provide Clinical Services: Offer clinical services such as psychosocial evaluation, individual, family, and group therapies that meet established standards of care and practice.
  • Conduct Initial Patient Evaluations: Conduct initial patient evaluations, if working in Outpatient Behavioral Health with independent privileges.
  • Enhance Performance: Engage in activities to enhance performance and aid in deciphering performance data for improvement.
  • Provide Clinical Oversight: If eligible, provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care.
  • Engage in Consultation and Professional Development: Engage in consultation, establish professional boundaries, safeguard confidentiality, and follow ethical guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in social work or counseling and licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW).
  • Theoretical Approaches: Proficient in current theoretical approaches to counseling services delivery.
  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy: Knowledgeable in strategies for examining, implementing, and assessing cognitive/behavioral therapy principles.
  • Additional Qualifications: Comprehensive understanding of the clinical aspects in the mental health domain.
