Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
  • Conduct initial patient assessments and provide ongoing clinical services.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the interpretation of performance data.
  • Provide clinical supervision to qualified team members.
  • Engage in consultation, set professional boundaries, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical conduct.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or counseling and licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW).
  • Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
  • Understanding of strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
  • Thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
