Job Summary

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor - Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, developing and presenting in-service training, and overseeing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, including monthly check-ins and weekly clinical observations.
  • Develop and present in-service training to improve team member competencies in clinical or therapeutic interventions.
  • Oversee treatment plans, including behavioral skills assessments and family training.
  • Collaborate with outside agency team members, such as IEP teams, SLPs, and OTs.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed by the Board of Medicine.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
  • Ability to maintain adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.
  • Excellent time management skills.
