Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, grounds, and client whereabouts to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients upon arrival and conducting tours and orientations of the unit.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the unit, ensuring a healthy and comfortable environment for clients.
- Assist with laundry duties and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor client job function assignments and provide support as needed.
- Perform reception and administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation, including progress notes and shift reports.
- Coordinate discharges and ensure a smooth transition for clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with clients with behavioral health disorders and/or intellectual disabilities preferred.
- Valid driver's license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required.
- Ability to work weekends, variable shifts, and holidays.
- Basic typing and computer skills required.
