Job Summary

Baptist Health System KY & IN is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional clinical services to patients. As a key member of our Behavioral Health team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the established standards of care and standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services, including psychosocial assessment, individual, family, and group therapies, to patients of all ages via telehealth and in-person visits.
  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassess treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and assist in the interpretation of performance improvement data.
  • Provide clinical supervision to qualified team members.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work or counseling and licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW).
  • Knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
  • Knowledge of strategies for examining, applying, and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts.
  • Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
