Work Environment

HYBRID – For those residing within 50 miles of Adtalem offices, this role offers a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), with the remaining days available for remote work.

Position Overview
Opportunity at a Glance


This role is centered on generating and sustaining positive visibility for the University through the development of impactful marketing initiatives.

The incumbent will assist in formulating strategic marketing plans aligned with the University’s objectives, executing tactics as directed by the marketing director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and identify opportunities to enhance brand outreach to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with the agency of record to create print advertisements, marketing materials, and direct mail campaigns.
  • Support search engine optimization efforts and maintain updated online content.
  • Assist in the production of University promotional videos.
  • Develop and maintain information seminar presentations and other executive presentations as assigned.
  • Oversee the partnership with the fulfillment center and manage inventory.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in planning, creating, and executing direct marketing and online advertising campaigns is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint, is crucial.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively, along with strong oral and written communication skills.
Additional Information

In accordance with pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520 and $93,918. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market conditions, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
