Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Specialist will join the paid media team responsible for managing comprehensive marketing initiatives for one of our educational institutions.

This team is dedicated to ensuring a robust return on investment from advertising expenditures across various channels, including digital and traditional media (TV, CTV, paid search, paid social, display, online video, streaming audio, and radio).

As a vital member of Adtalem's Marketing team, you will contribute to executing digital strategies aimed at generating inquiries and facilitating the inquiry-to-enrollment process.

In this capacity, you will explore innovative methods to engage a high-quality audience, enhance the digital experience, and drive revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to formulate, implement, and assess media strategies that align with Adtalem's business goals.
- Partner with agency collaborators to develop and refine paid media plans that boost traffic, inquiries, new student enrollments, and revenue.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics in collaboration with the Analytics team to inform strategic decisions and optimize ROI across paid media channels.
- Coordinate with internal and agency teams for the seamless execution of media projects, ensuring timely collaboration among brand, creative, and operational units.
- Enhance processes and ensure adherence to paid media best practices.
- Optimize media channels through effective attribution, segmentation, and tailored studies.

Specific Duties
- Provide regular analysis of paid media campaigns.
- Manage paid media projects from inception to completion in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the execution of creative materials in the market, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal approvals.
- Collaborate with agency, brand, and web teams to ensure alignment of landing pages with paid media creatives.
- Generate and automate reports as required for various teams.
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of all assets and materials.
- Work with Agencies and Finance to monitor spending against budgets and ensure appropriate financial planning.
- Complete additional tasks as new opportunities arise.
- Engage in daily optimization efforts to achieve marketing objectives, including keyword expansion, ad copy creation and testing, landing page design and testing, and audience targeting.
- Conduct competitive research and stay informed on the latest media trends.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned and comply with all organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically in paid media, with a focus on campaign development, optimization, and management using leading platforms such as Google, Bing, and Facebook.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, coupled with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft PowerBi is advantageous.
- Demonstrated project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with both offline and digital media.
- An innovative mindset, collaborative spirit, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for stakeholders.

Additional Information

In alignment with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated salary range for this position is between $53,520 and $93,918.

Actual compensation will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, including experience, training, geographic location, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibilities.
