Position Overview:

The Event Coordination Specialist plays a pivotal role in orchestrating memorable experiences for clients within a prestigious venue. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about event management and sales, aiming to create unforgettable moments for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the venue across various platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their experience throughout the event planning process.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiries to final contract execution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Event Coordination: Manage the logistics of special events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and private parties.
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for special events, such as annual showcases.
  • Venue Presentation: Regularly assess and improve the venue's physical presentation to ensure it meets high standards.
  • Analytics Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize outreach efforts.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging video tours and promotional materials to highlight the venue's unique offerings.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality or events sector. Proficiency in social media marketing and excellent written communication skills are essential.
