Job Overview

The Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the flow of goods and materials within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders.
  • Unload, unpack, and assess goods for any damages or discrepancies.
  • Organize, label, and store items in their designated locations.
  • Prepare necessary shipping documentation and labels for outgoing products.
  • Pick, pack, and ready orders for dispatch.
  • Utilize order picking equipment, such as reach trucks, to retrieve items from storage.
  • Maintain precise inventory records through computerized systems.
  • Conduct basic mathematical calculations to ensure correct counts and measurements.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote an efficient workflow within the distribution center.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in order picking, shipping, receiving, and e-commerce operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Understanding of stock management and inventory control principles.
  • Familiarity with safe and secure picking and packing techniques.
  • Proficient in using inventory management systems.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
  • Basic math skills for counting and measuring.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
