Director of Business Development Opportunity

Goodwin Recruiting, a leading full-service recruiting agency, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join their team. This exciting opportunity will involve launching a new division, building new relationships, and strengthening and diversifying the company's portfolio in positive and sustainable ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities in a personal and sustainable manner
- Partnering with internal teams to drive profitable and sustainable sales growth
- Staying abreast of and analyzing market trends to identify emerging opportunities
- Ensuring consistent exemplary customer and client service and support
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in B2B technical sales in the plastic component/injection molding sector
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, MBA preferred
- Demonstrated strength in new business development resulting in new accounts and revenue streams
- Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset, capable of working independently to set and achieve aggressive goals
- Solid sales drive skill set and technical aptitude necessary for success in this role
- Outgoing, charismatic temperament; proactive, not reactive
Benefits:
- Salary flexible, but ideal candidates will likely match in the $120k range and up
- Bonus up to 25% range
