Cd Peacock, a renowned jeweler in Chicago, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead its marketing efforts and elevate the brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with a minimum of 7 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the brand's heritage and growth objectives.
  • Work with a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the brand's visibility and customer engagement.
  • Implement marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition, customer loyalty, and revenue growth.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Define and refine the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity to resonate with customers.
  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and SEM, to drive online traffic and engagement.
  • Plan and execute effective advertising campaigns, promotions, and events to showcase the brand's offerings.
  • Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to secure favorable coverage and partnerships.
  • Assess industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education (college degree; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field) is required. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or high-end retail sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • A passion for jewelry, luxury, and craftsmanship is a plus.
  • Must be able to work at least 40-45 hours per week.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
