The Cary Company is in search of a motivated and dynamic individual to enhance our customer service operations as a Customer Relations Specialist.

This role is ideal for those who excel at juggling various responsibilities while delivering exceptional customer support.

We are looking for a candidate who not only provides outstanding assistance to our sales and management teams but also possesses strong business insight.

Key Responsibilities:


Facilitate repeat business by prioritizing high-quality service, responding swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.

Efficiently manage order processing and transactions.
Monitor and inform customers about order statuses and delivery schedules by liaising with logistics and shipping partners.
Ensure precise and timely order fulfillment by collaborating with sales and warehouse teams.
Enhance overall customer experience and service efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration.
Address customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a diplomatic and effective manner.
Maintain accurate and organized customer records within the CRM system.
Suggest new products or services by identifying relevant features and benefits.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline. Proven experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing.
Familiarity with packaging materials and products is a plus.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is an advantage.
