Position Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Inside Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of flexography, screen printing, and digital imaging, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with production, manufacturing, and distribution teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  2. Work closely with the sales department on pre-sale development, including pricing and availability.
  3. Complete pre-production order specification forms accurately.
  4. Maintain regular communication with clients to gather feedback on workflow, shipment dates, and product updates.
  5. Address customer inquiries regarding account status, product details, and pricing.
  6. Confirm purchase orders with the appropriate personnel.
  7. Keep an updated production schedule, noting any changes.
  8. Respond to technical inquiries from customers and sales staff.
  9. Utilize knowledge of the company's capabilities to meet client needs effectively.
  10. Create and maintain comprehensive customer files.
  11. Oversee the return process for parcels as necessary.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

The Customer Service Representative may need to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift or move objects. This role may involve prolonged periods of sitting, along with frequent movement throughout the office. Effective communication with both internal and external customers is essential, as is the ability to read and analyze data. Reasonable accommodations can be made if necessary.

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with prior experience in customer service.
