The Client Support Specialists will oversee comprehensive account management related to products and services, encompassing pricing, availability, and shipping details.

They will respond promptly and thoroughly to inquiries through various channels, including phone and email, within a distribution setting.

Work Schedule: 1st shift

Compensation Range:
$20 - $24 per hour

CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handles requests for orders, quotes, and customer returns/credits in alignment with company policies and standards.

Collaborates with sales, production, credit, inventory management, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs.

Investigates discrepancies in order entry, shipping, and billing, coordinating solutions with relevant departments and ensuring follow-through.

Utilizes the online training platform to grasp the technical aspects of products and services, achieving a level of proficiency as defined by management.


CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
1 year of experience in a multitasking environment under time constraints.
