Key Responsibilities:
Handle, investigate, and direct incoming inquiries (averaging 80 calls daily), while delivering top-tier customer service
Assist with outbound follow-up courtesy communications as necessary
Facilitate the introduction of incentive initiatives
Collaborate cross-departmentally with Sales and Marketing
Input and maintain client data in CRM with a 98% or higher accuracy rate
Perform additional tasks as assigned or required

Required Qualifications:
Exceptional telephone/email communication; Outstanding written and verbal skills
Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
Customer service-oriented with excellent follow-through
Proven capability to resolve issues swiftly and effectively
Familiarity with CRM systems and experience managing accounts across various time zones
Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook applications
Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment
Outbound sales experience is advantageous
Knowledge of dental laboratories or dental products, materials, techniques, and terminology is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory

Compensation:
$23.00 per hour
