Under the guidance of the Store Manager, the Client Advisor will guide customers through the purchasing experience, showcasing professionalism and in-depth product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance throughout the store.
- Execute tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
- Engage customers in a personalized sales process, assisting them in selecting products that align with their preferences and encouraging purchases.
- Facilitate product exchanges, special orders, and coordinate with other locations to fulfill customer requests.
- Prioritize tasks to meet sales goals and deadlines.
- Maintain product displays and collaborate with the Visual Department to ensure an appealing presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and pricing consistently.
- Participate in training initiatives and provide constructive feedback to enhance program effectiveness.
- Engage in inventory management and quality control during product receipt.
- Stay informed about sales strategies and collaborate with team members to uphold the brand's image.
- Collect customer feedback on product collections and relay insights to the Store Manager.
- Inform customers about new arrivals and special promotions.
- Assist customers at the checkout, guiding them through the sales completion process.
Requirements:
- Ability to remain active on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to lift multiple product boxes.
- Proficiency in using a ladder to access stock items.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and during peak seasons.
