Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with incoming leads to demonstrate the Paycom solution and secure new emerging market accounts
  • Analyze client needs and quote pricing accordingly
  • Lead the implementation of the Paycom system, applying knowledge from training to follow best practices
  • Set up and implement Paycom technology for new Emerging Markets accounts, including training on system functionality
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan for clients, aiming for 100% employee usage
  • Obtain necessary data from new clients to onboard and implement Paycom software
  • Hold clients accountable to deadlines and drive projects to successful completion while achieving position metrics and customer satisfaction
  • Manage resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Hold internal and external partners accountable to project objectives and timelines
  • Support clients in mapping their current process, understanding pain points, and identifying areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies through the Paycom solution and best practices
