Global Distribution Marketing Strategist

Your Role

This position is part of the Sales Organization of the Connection Systems Business at Ursus, Inc.

The Connection Systems organization is a global business generating $3 Billion in revenue, with 20,000 employees and a presence in 5 continents.

You will work closely with Distributors and their marketing teams to develop and implement effective distribution marketing strategies.

  • Develop a product promotion roadmap in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Communicate and track product roadmaps to customers.
  • Create marketing strategies based on product launches.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, and one-pagers to meet customer needs.
  • Plan and deliver technical training sessions to distribution partners to support product push strategies and customer needs.
  • Ensure the company's brand is properly represented and solutions are showcased on all distribution marketing channels, including websites, documentation, events, and advertisements.
  • Provide relevant data to distributors to support their marketing efforts.
  • Conduct distribution-related marketing research and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute marketing programs that feature Ursus, Inc. products on their digital platforms.

Requirements:

  • Sales/Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a multinational company is an asset.
  • Strong MS-Office skills.
  • Sales Force knowledge is an asset.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accuracy and reliability are essential.
  • Experience working with or for distribution is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and web analytics tools.
