Job Title: Key Account Manager

Envalior, a leading global engineering materials company, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Sales Team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and creating new development projects. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative and innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement strategies as they relate to specifying and approving materials at strategic key accounts.
  • Implement Sales and Market development plans to grow business in areas meeting profitability targets.
  • Prospect for new accounts and new applications and qualify and prioritize sales prospects.
  • Sell value compared to competitive offers and press advantages to gain customer commitment to close sales agreements.
  • Forecast sales, reconcile variances and achieve budgeted sales.
  • Lead contract negotiations with the respective account(s) and ensure the conclusion of sales contracts.
  • Coordinate technical service or after sales service activities towards the account.
  • Establish relationships with key contacts, understand customer needs & trends and communicate internally.
  • Reporting in CRM tool.
  • Monitor the complaint process and ensure an appropriate complaint settlement with the account within the agreed timeline.
  • Monitor the account's payment behavior and act to ensure payment within the agreed payment terms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Account Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experienced people leader.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Strategic Thinking.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
