Account Manager II

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in the North America region within the Automotive Division business unit.
Responsibilities- Manage key customer accounts and develop strategies to promote TE products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and new program launches.
- Develop and implement customer power maps to identify decision makers and opportunities.
- Provide accurate volume forecasting and lead quote offers to customers.
- Partner with Finance to meet account receivable goals.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- 2-3 years of sales or directly related experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategies with various market segments, customers, and products.
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks.
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
