Job Overview

TE Connectivity is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in the North America region within the Automotive Division business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key customer accounts and develop strategies to promote TE products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and new program launches.
  • Develop and implement customer power maps to identify decision makers and opportunities.
  • Provide accurate volume forecasting and lead quote offers to customers.
  • Partner with Finance to meet account receivable goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of sales or directly related experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies with various market segments, customers, and products.
  • Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks.
