Job Overview
Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and organized documentation management.
- Oversee all pre-delivery documentation processes.
- Perform daily inventory assessments and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Manage inventory, including tracking movements in transit.
- Assist in the delivery of equipment.
- Encourage engagement with other services offered by the organization, including new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals, and leasing.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A 2-year Associate Degree in Business or a Sales-related field, or a High School diploma accompanied by relevant sales experience.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in data entry are required.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google applications are preferred.
- Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory.
- A professional appearance and demeanor that fosters a positive first impression with customers.
- A valid driver's license is required; a CDL is preferred.
