Job Overview

Under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and organized documentation management.
  • Oversee all pre-delivery documentation processes.
  • Perform daily inventory assessments and take appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Manage inventory, including tracking movements in transit.
  • Assist in the delivery of equipment.
  • Encourage engagement with other services offered by the organization, including new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, rentals, and leasing.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A 2-year Associate Degree in Business or a Sales-related field, or a High School diploma accompanied by relevant sales experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in data entry are required.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft and Google applications are preferred.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor that fosters a positive first impression with customers.
  • A valid driver's license is required; a CDL is preferred.
