Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our human resources strategy, ensuring that our organization is equipped to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead the management of our human resources team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our HR functions are running smoothly.
  • Partner with our leadership team to identify and develop key talent, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to drive our organization's success.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of our compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring that we are competitive in the market.
  • Partner with our finance team to manage our payroll and benefits processes.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure that new employees have a positive and productive start to their careers with us.
  • Develop and implement a performance management system that ensures that employees are held accountable for their performance and are provided with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful human resources strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
