Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive regional strategies for growth and new customer acquisition in the Unregulated segment (CPG, MFG, High Tech, Telco)
  • Collaborate with the team to define and deliver compelling value propositions to generate opportunities
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and business trends to management
  • Support regional development, including meeting with customer influencers and planning focused marketing activities
  • Engage with customers to ensure they are set up for success post-deal
  • Prospect new customers through targeted outbound activity
  • Understand customer growth goals, strategies, and initiatives, and establish Copado as a best-in-class solution
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  • Participate in product, sales, process training, and certifications to develop expertise in the Copado solution, vision, and strategy
  • Manage account relationships, pipeline, and forecast in Salesforce CRM
Requirements
  • 4+ years of recent experience selling technology and IT solutions
  • 1+ years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem for a sales capacity
  • Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Expert multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for leading and building a region through collaboration and motivation
  • Emotional intelligence and ability to deliver and receive feedback professionally
