Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at IDScan. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and developing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and improve sales results
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales leadership experience in the enterprise software industry
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and inform sales strategies
