We process over 15 million ID and identity-related transactions monthly for more than 7,500 customers, including prominent brands like AMC Theatres, Circa Casino, Simmons Bank, and MRI Software.

Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in alignment with our short-term and long-term business plans.

You will build relationships with target clients in an assigned territory to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Utilize outbound prospecting techniques to identify and close new business within an assigned territory.
  2. Independently manage a pipeline with multiple prospects, utilizing HubSpot to document progress.
  3. Develop strong relationships with customers and serve as the lead point of contact, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including Development, to enhance the overall customer experience.
  5. Execute sales to achieve quarterly goals while maintaining client satisfaction and engagement with our products and services.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with 3-5 years of software sales experience.
  • Sales experience in the enterprise SaaS industry.
  • B2B software experience is essential.
  • Experience selling integrated technologies, such as SDKs and APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Sales Management.
  • Antifraud/KYC solutions sales experience.
  • Identity solutions sales experience.
  • HubSpot CRM experience.
Work Environment

This position will be based in IDScan's New Orleans Headquarters, with remote work options available. Normal work hours are 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday, with occasional travel.
