Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Client Support Specialist with a background in servicing clients within the Mortgage or Lending sectors. This role requires outstanding customer service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will engage with both new and existing clients via various communication channels, including phone and email, to manage and update their appraisal reports effectively.
Additionally, the Mortgage Client Support Specialist will liaise with appraisers, title companies, and mortgage professionals throughout the service process.
Core Duties Include:
- Collaborating with assigned clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Staying informed about company offerings and services.
- Maintaining accurate client information within our systems.
- Keeping abreast of client developments.
- Meeting performance objectives set by management.
- Participating in internal meetings.
- Resolving daily action items.
- Engaging in company training and workshops as necessary.
- Updating records and generating reports.
