Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the IT Client Integration Specialist II is to seamlessly onboard new clients into our VC3 services with precision and efficiency. This role serves as the client's first point of contact within the technical domain at VC3, necessitating the ability to extract essential information to understand the client's network environment while communicating in accessible terms.

The IT Client Integration Specialist II will engage in thorough exploration and documentation of the client's network, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique setup. Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to and promote "The VC3 Way," our established standards and processes that ensure consistent results for clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive onsite and remote discovery and documentation of standard and advanced client networks.
  • Assist in the documentation of enterprise-level client networks through both onsite and remote efforts.
  • Support the training and mentoring of fellow team members.
  • Ensure that tools and internal processes are deployed and configured according to established standards.
  • Maintain and communicate technical knowledge of the client environment to both technical and non-technical internal teams.
  • Drive efficiencies and enhance the new client onboarding process.
  • Manage the offboarding of VC3 tools and services for departing clients.
  • Analyze client technical environments for alignment with documented Best Practices and Standards.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of client technical environments through site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review network reports, ensuring alignment with client technology direction and business objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional technical services by leveraging analytical and strategic thinking to foster continuous improvement.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely timesheets, documenting troubleshooting efforts and client communications.
  • Receive and implement feedback from peers and supervisors.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior resources or appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and discussions.
  • Create and update documentation in response to changes or discoveries.
  • Attend required training and team meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; capable of analyzing complex issues.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with client executive teams.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience at VC3 in an Onboarding Analyst L1 role or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in relevant analytical or technical support roles.
  • Two industry-standard certifications such as A+, Net+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, Sonicwall, or similar.
  • At least 3 years of experience with technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Cloud environments, LAN/WAN technologies, and Virtualization Technologies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of VC3 alignment and onboarding processes, including best practices.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience.

  • Travel may be required up to 50% of the time.
