Position Overview:

Culligantotalwater is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in facilitating customer interactions and supporting our finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, technicians, and internal teams.
  • Manage scheduling for service installations, deliveries, and sales meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks within the accounting department.
  • Coordinate technician dispatch and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records in our database.
  • Support the sales team by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with database management.
  • Strong typing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
