- Process certificates of insurance and manage property information
- Support Account Executives in the submission of new business and renewals

- Track and document claims in the agency system
Preferred:
- College Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
- Familiarity with Property & Casualty agency management systems
Required:
- Proficient in computer usage and standard Microsoft software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
- Possession of a Michigan/Illinois Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain one shortly after hiring
