Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers with professionalism and respect.
- Address concerns from clients effectively, utilizing service and communication techniques to resolve conflicts.
- Identify the root causes of service complaints and implement solutions, ensuring follow-up for proper resolution.
- Analyze sales reports and client account data to enhance service delivery and communicate insights to sales associates.
- Ensure timely transfer and delivery of products as requested, checking inventory records for availability.
- Report on slow-moving products and maintain accurate documentation of reports and forms.
- Collaborate with supervisors as needed and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment, keeping management informed of inventory status and discrepancies.
- Attend all company training sessions and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent professionalism in high-demand situations
- Proficiency in computer and data applications (1-year SAP experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum of two years' experience in a warehouse team role
- Dependable, conscientious, and safety-minded
- Good mathematical skills
- Excellent attendance and safety record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to meet physical demands of the work environment.
