Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
Assists in the preparation and evaluation of client-centric presentation materials.
Addresses client concerns and ensures resolution.

Facilitates the gathering of all necessary information required by support teams to finalize projects and reviews all internal assignments for accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and clarity.

Engages with external advisors, custodians, and other entities for support.
Prepares and revises Financial Statements for clients along with associated analyses:
Adheres to policies and procedures regarding Financial Statements.
Reviews incoming information and integrates it appropriately into the Financial Statement.
Conducts analyses with precision, clarity, and meticulous attention to detail.
Prepares documentation for account openings, fund transfers, or other account management tasks:

Identifies and compiles all necessary account documentation based on an assessment of client requirements and registration (may include, but is not limited to, gifting, asset retitling, cash or securities movement, investment account management).

Coordinates documentation for loan or margin acquisition/renewal.

Initiates the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) Process:
Follows established policies and procedures for Investment Policy Statements.
Identifies pertinent information necessary for IPS creation.
Prepares requests for IPS review and approval.
Handles essential administrative tasks, attends various required internal meetings, and engages in ongoing internal training sessions for continuous professional development:
Monitors and assists in managing client profitability through accurate TimeTracker entries.
Participates in team and firm meetings.
Stays informed about technical advancements and resources, including Oxford's Approved Manager Report, as well as investment and allocation strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a related area.
3+ years of operational experience in financial services is required.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word, with strong skills in Excel.
Must possess strong analytical abilities; accurate attention to detail and the capacity to interpret/analyze data.
Must maintain a professional demeanor with the utmost respect for confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities are essential.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude is a must.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Must be a self-starter and results-driven.

Working Conditions:
Minimal travel as business needs arise.
Extended periods of sitting while utilizing a computer.
Daily onsite presence is required.
