Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Operations Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple residential properties. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in property management and a passion for leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians across various sites.
  • Ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standards, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and oversee the completion of work orders.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in residential building maintenance.
  • Required certifications: Boilers License and HVAC Certification.
  • Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
