The National Sports Center Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Facility Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate facility operations, including logistics and event setup.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Supervise and train Facility Attendants to ensure they are equipped to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address facility needs and concerns.
Work Environment:
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent shifts and exposure to crowds during events. You must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Highly flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
